After a successful "Winter Heat" in Florida for the first two events the V8 StockCar Road Racing Series moves to Carolina Motorsports Park March 28th and 29th for the third round. Running with the South Carolina Region SCCA at the Buck Muse Memorial races the series looks forward to another outstanding, competitive event. Series front runners like Dave Machavern in his Heritage Motorsports Corvette, Scott Murphy in his 'Vette, Ray Webb in his Cutlass, Larry Hoopaugh in his fast ex NASCAR Cup car, as well as Jay Marshall, Tony Amico, Tom Graham, Steve McGowan, Paul Breehne, Rich Koehler, Lee Arnold and a host of others are scheduled to be on hand for the V8 StockCar Hoopaugh Grading Twins.

The revamped CMP circuit with its' tight sections and elevation changes will once again provide a test for the powerful GT and Stock Cars.

The V8 StockCar Series points races scheduled for this weekend at CMP have been cancelled.

NOTE: This does not mean the SCR SCCA Buck Muse Memorial is cancelled, THE BUCK MUSE IS STILL A GO!
