I have a rotor question on stock rotors, I know and understand that that they are to be stock replacement, not "slotted or cross drilled"

Now for the question,   ATE offers rotors with RotorLife wear indicator,    http://www.ate-na.com/generator/www/us/en/ate/ate/themes/20_ ate_brake_products/1_rotors_us.html

They way they are listing the machining is a wear indicator not a slotted or grooved rotor,   I want to hear members take on this. And also  need to know how or where to bring this to national rules attention.

Thanks everyone

"Groove design enhances dissipation of heat
and gases to reduce brake fade,"

Makes it performance enhancing. Calling a groove a wear indicator, does not make it not a groove.
