(I posted this in the F&C forum, but perhaps Workers would be a
better place to ask...)
Hi gang -
One of the nice things about the previous vinyl rain jacket that SCCA used
to sell (besides the club logo, of course) was the generously cut hood,
which was roomy enough to wear over a headset without changing the
way the jacket rode. I'd meant to order one to replace my Helly Hansens,
which have served well but are too snug for a headset...they ride up if you
pull them over a set, and then you can't turn your head without
dislodging everything. Alas, that particular SCCA jacket is no longer
available.
The SCCAgear site now offers a different rain jacket made by CoFish, a
reputable supplier of commercial fishing foulies. Has anybody purchased
the CoFish jacket from SCCA? How's the hood room with a headset?
TIA,
Dave
