Get the book "Go Ahead and Take the Wheel" now available free on the web. It tells you how to get started in racing with the car you have. It may even be applicable in India. I am not sure what the grass roots motor sport competition is there.

Now just a bit of criticism, you need to learn to spell and use grammar. "Profession" instead of "poffiession"; proper use of capitalization, etc. The reason for this is that car racing is not an athletic sport where being the best will get you to the top. Look at F1 where the drivers earn millions. The drivers are salesmen and have to be able to communicate well in several languages.
