i bought a crashed and trashed trans-am camaro chassis at the denver high performance, oval track swap meet a number of years ago. ive been gathering parts to put it back together, like it was. it wasnt hurt enough to actually totally trash the car, and a lot of the high end parts were still with the car. i havent been able to find out the history of the car. one person said the chassis looked like it was speedway engineering. the body was gone, but the gm tin top was still in place. i found a number on the left rear upright bar behind the left elbow area of the driver. the number is 041 1129... would this number still be in the history of scca?? one aluminum engine panel had an engine builders name from dallas, but that persons business didnt exhist anymore.
let me know what you might know by email or cell phone. email is junkman@bbc.net and cell is 308-760-1396.... thanks... lyn
