Recently there has been talk pertaining to Road America. Will walking the track be allowed? Will we be billed for any track damage or oil spill on track?

Why don't you call Road America/SCCA Hq?

Except for charity events track walking has never, I repeat NEVER been allowed at Road America.
Charity events in chronological order
- 8-20 - Tour de Road America (on a bike)
- Runoff's - Beat the Boss ?
- 10/30
- American Cancer Society Run / Walk
If I remember correctly when the Runoff's were at Mid-Ohio track walking was only allowed on one day during very specific hours. If caught after hours you could be shot on site and buried in China Beach
As for oil spills... Don't ya think a driver that oils down MORE the 4 miles of racetrack (that's right more than one lap) should be held somewhat responsible.
